Description

This project was a challenge in efficiency: building a fully functional car rental platform in just one week. Working in a team of 4 (split between Frontend and Backend), we developed a robust system handling the entire rental lifecycle, from vehicle selection to final invoicing.

Key Achievements

  • Rapid Application Development: Successfully delivered a production-ready MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in an extremely short timeframe, requiring precise time management and intense coordination between the Angular (Front) and Laravel (Back) teams.
  • Complex Business Logic: Implemented a hierarchical management system where Agencies oversee specific Agents and vehicle fleets. The system handles real-time availability checks to prevent booking conflicts.
  • User-Centric Booking Flow: Designed a granular reservation process allowing users to fully customize their rental (vehicle options, specific insurance packages) before checkout.
  • Automation Integration: Developed a post-booking workflow that automatically generates a PDF invoice and dispatches it via email to the customer, ensuring a complete professional service loop.
